Functioned as a government attorney in activities related to disaster loans.  Reviewed the legal significance of documents.  Closed disaster assistance real estate loans.  Ensured the timely completion of heavy workloads in a backlogged environment during a national emergency.

Managed production, directly supervising 43 people on all professional levels throughout the company.  Fostered strategic business alliances to support big engine modification, diesel re-power, and simplified engine management development.  Took part in research and development and FAA certification flights for aircraft STC modification programs while serving as the Chief of Flight Test. Conceived ideas for and administered new projects.  After becoming a member of the Bar in 1994, functioned as the company's house counsel, handling business legal matters.

 

United States Air Force, Second Officer/Flight Engineer                                               Prior to 1988

Began as an enlisted jet engine mechanic on the flight line and transferred to the Reserves as a C-141 flight engineer.  Utilized the G.I. Bill to compile pilot ratings, worked as a flight instructor to finish a preliminary bachelor's degree, and was appointed to the USAF Undergraduate Pilot Training Program.
